Q: How do you tighten the top wire?

Place anchors 45degrees from the pole and pull down on the handles. I added an extra 2 feet to the guy lines. Some have mentioned replacing top rope with wire. I did that and it worked fine until I realized that the wire was really hard on the vinyl top which started ripping a bit a year into using the wire (taking a beating when the ball hit the top of the net) my other net I didn’t replace with wire worked just as well and don’t get worn like that.

Q: Hi ordered the net set two months back. We lost two of the metal nails. How can order a replacement? How much it will cost ?

The manufacturer definitely sells replacement parts. I reached out to them about a defective sand auger rope and they sent me a free replacement rope that had a carabineer on each end. They also let me purchase three additional ones for a pretty small fee. (because I wanted all four to work the same way, for the sake of consistency)

Q: Where can I find replacement pole clips for this net?

Go to an auto parts store and get the right sized hose clamps. Those will work.

Q: Have that included items that will make it better for the beach on the new ones?

No I don't believe so. Need to buy sand anchors.
