Nice looking cd radio. Good price. It has good quality feel and works well. Nice sound , size and easy to setup and clean. Comes with remote and cd’s are easy to put in and take out. Well pleased

Arrived on time. Set up couldnt be easier, take out of the packing, extend the ariel, plug in and power on. The unit default is DAB and it instantly tunes the available stations. Pros :- Easy set up. Sound is clear, warm and loud (as long as your not after ghetto blaster/boom box/disruptive volume). No batteries for unit, smart appearance, easy to use, clear display, good reception (in my area), light weight. Cons :- CD tray is very flimsy and feels liable to break. No batteries means its restricted to a few feet of a power point. Looks like wood until your 6 ft away then its obvious its plastic. All in all Iwould say the unit is worth its cost and delivers on its promises, my only concern being that CD tray, I fear anything more than feather light touch will result in a broken tray.

First of this is a decent value for money bit of kit. I doubt you would find all these functions on anything else at this price. Indeed very similar looking systems seem to command a much higher fee on Amazon. The unit itself looks more expensive than it is.There are a few things to be aware of when deciding if this unit is for you. This isn't meant to make this sound like a bad product - it isn't. I suppose the choice is do you want to spend significantly more for a better system.The sound. I can only describe this as adequate to be honest. Its sort of a very soft sound (maybe thats to your liking). No matter how high you turn up the volume you never get a really loud room filling sound. Its really like background listening - you couldn't really use it for BBQ or party music. You get a sharper sound from a high end mobile phone for example.The Mode is a bit weird. You can't do anything with the CD until you are in CD mode. Most systems you open the CD tray and it switches to cd output. With this device - the tray doesn't open until you are in CD Mode.The controls on the remote are labelled different to the instructions. My says source rather than mode for example. The remote itself is decent - good size and works well from distance.The alarm function is pretty easy to set up and works well.I registered for the 3 year warranty. Whilst I didn't have a problem doing this - you don't get any acknowledgement at all.

I did a fair bit of research before choosing the AZATOM AUDIO DAB radio/cd player. Something for the kitchen so that I can play my cds when I'm ironing or cooking. Not a fan of in-the-slot cd players - they are prone to get cds stuck! This fitted the bill nicely. Someone commented on the "flimsy" cd tray; it is if you're planning to TRAMPOLINE on it! The most important thing for me is the SOUND. I took a gamble on a make I'd never heard before but, THE SOUND IS INCREDIBLE. Not just for cds but for also for DAB radio. I ordered the sound system at 8am Saturday morning, it arrived 4pm the same day!These are my favourite features:1. Superb, superb sound, 2. In/out CD TRAY, 3. All-in- one system, 4. Beautiful, ergonomic design - just a wipe over needed. Less likely to attract dust, 5. When you turn off the plug, then put it back on the cd/ radio goes back to the LAST station/track played, 6. Volume 10 is loud enough for enjoyable listening, 7. British Company, 8. DAB radio has masses of stations - just turn it on and the player searches for them. 9. Crisp, clear DAB radio, 10. An amazing, amazing price!Sellers no longer have the luxury of buyers coming into the shop, listening, then saying "I'll take it!" That is WHY this system is ridiculously cheap. The market place is totally different from yesteryear. But, please don't be put off by that. The AZATOM AUDIO system delivers in every way. I heartily recommend it. Edit: since this first review I have enjoyed listening to Bluetooth. You have to turn the volume high but the quality, if not as good as a cd, is still very good. Certainly good enough for listening in the kitchen. I C-W

I already own one Azatom radio and wanted this one because of the cd option and remote control it gives you. For the price the sound quality is really good and more than enough to fill an average size room. Set up was easy as basically the same as my previous one, just plug it in and it automatically starts scanning DAB frequencies and as where I live is well covered I can get 80+ stations. I like the option of the two clock faces either analogue or digital plus the dimmable light output is useful if you are using it in a bedroom and don't want to be blinded at night. As other reviewers have said the CD drawer is a bit flimsy but so far so good, the LCD colour screen is not too big but perfectly readable even with my worn out eyes. The graphic equalizer is fairly basic just bass and treble of your own choice with a few presets already installed. Just one thing I have found is that some of the buttons on my TV remote do interfere with this stereo and turn it on when it's in stand by so please be aware. Overall for the price you can't really go wrong with this Azatom stereo !

For the price this is an excellent product. Delivered the next day, it was easy to set up and use - even my 91 year old mother can manage with the remote. The sound quality is very good and the volume more than adequate for a normal room. DAB reception is clear and CDs play quickly and quietly with very good clarity and tone. The unit looks good and is logically laid out - it is not the smallest so check dimensions. Overall I am very pleased and recommend without hesitation.

Nice design, very good clear display information, easy to use, especially like the one button press to instantly switch between radio stations, good value. Highly Recommend.
