Nutricost Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 500mg, 120 Capsules

I have been taking this Nutricost B1 for about two months now and it has become a steady part of my daily routine. What stood out most for me was the mood. I feel more even and clear, and my energy through the day has been better than before I started. The capsules are easy to take and go down smoothly, with no aftertaste and no upset stomach for me. The 120 count means one bottle lasts a good while, so the value is strong. I also appreciate that the ingredient list is simple and the dosage is clearly labeled. A fair note. Thiamine and magnesium both work better together missing one and it is not going to work as good. Been taking magnesium for years but I was not taking Thiamine big mistake on my part. Did not take long to see improvement since I added this to my morning routine wish I found the importance of taking these together sooner. This has a significant amount of Thiamine i had no side effects only a significant improvement in my hands !

I use this product for neuropathy and alcohol recovery, It's hard to find reviews for these specific health concerns. This supplement replenishes my B1 effectively and I feel a physical difference after taking it, particularly in shakiness. It's important to add that this is Thiamine Mononitrate, as opposed to hydrochloride. Mononitrate seems to replenish longer and the effects last several hours. My only complaint is that there are no markings or labels on the pill itself. I use several Nutricost supplements and they are all a white powder pill with no markings. It's easy to mix these up and mistakenly add the wrong vitamin. Overall highly recommend.

Vitamin B1 is great for eliminating mosquito bite skin reactions and this product works great. We have a ton of mosquitos where we live and we take this every summer. We start a few weeks before mosquito season and never get the itchy skin reactions.

個人の感想ですが疲労感に効果を実感しました 。 ASD、ADHD、うつ病があり、あくまで「補助」として本製品を試しました。 500mgとべらぼうな量でカプセルも長さ2cmくらいはあります。 顆粒がカプセルに入っているだけで速効性を実感しました。 ここからは注意点です。 コンサータやリタリンを処方されている方は同時服用しないでください。 薬の成分を分解する機能が弱くなり危険です。

前回買った商品(ビタミンB1)と比較するために、今回はこれを買いました。糖質をたくさん摂るので効果を期待します。
