Review: We make a survival product kit and needed a storage container to house said items. I engrave our logo, warnings, and description on each tin, front and back then pack our product inside. So far, these have been great for us. Easy to engrave, fairly durable as far as scratch resistance, and the snap close lid is sufficient. One thing to keep in mind, they are not waterproof at all but for us, that doesn't matter.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can somebody actually pour some liquid in and see how much it holds? Shame on the seller for not including it**
A: It holds about 90ml to the bottom of the rolled edge.  The hinge is a simple slit punched through the side of the tin so it can't hold liquids that flow like water at this depth without draining out the hinges however.  Something more viscous like wax that will set and block the hole is probably fine.

**Q: Can this sustain candle making?**
A: Have you ever used an 'Altoids tin' for candle making? This is the same kind of tin. Maybe it would work, I don't see why it wouldn't, but I don't make candles. The tins are very good, I am happy with them.

**Q: Are these tins painted or powder coated?**
A: powder coated

**Q: Will a magnet stick to these?**
A: yes

These tins were bought to hold a credit card d sized wallet. They are too small for that but are awesome tins and I'll find a use for them if it kills me.
