I’m sorry but I can’t answer your question for your Q320. My BBQ Grill is a Q1200 and the burner fit well.

I bought a new ignitor also with the burner tubes, they all worked together just fine. The ignitor I bought was Weber OEM so it worked with this tube set.

I honestly can’t say. But typing in replacement burn for Q120 so a different length burn. So I would say no. Look up Webber Q120 series replacement gas grill tube burner 60040. Hope this helps.
