There is a scoop; it usually is hidden in the powder. The 35 g size jar has a 100 mg scoop. The 200 g size jar has a 500 mg scoop.

Just spoke w RX Viatamins. The newer formula will state " New Finer Powder " on the front label. Finer means more fits in the provided scoop. Your scoop will either hold 1/2 or 1/4 tsp which would both equal 500 mg of Aluminum Hydroxide. Just go by the label on YOUR JAR.
