To be totally honest I do not remember but I will tell you that their service is excellent. They follow up with you to make sure you are enjoying their product and offer services if anything is wrong with your order I would totally order from them again

what are these pads made of?

Hello customer, our felt pad is made of high quality felt, washable and reusable.

Can you use both essential oils or fragrance oils for the pads?

My wife uses essential oils exclusively in hers. My daughter sprays her Bath and Body mists on pads. Both equally seem to work well, albeit the mist scent doesnt last quite as long.

How many times can the felt be washed and reused? And how long dies 2 drops of essiantial oil last? How iften should we put essiantial onto the felt p

Hello customer, because the effect of aromatherapy is related to the type and volatility of essential oils, it needs to be added different drops if you use different types of essential oil. And different people have different preferences for aromatherapy effects, so we couldn't tell you a clear amount. Although, the felt pads are reusable and washable. You could clean the felt pad with water. We do not recommend you wash them, because the absorbency of the felt pad will decrease after washing. And this car diffuser vent clip set came with 40 pcs of the felt pads. If you need to use the different scents of essential oils, we suggest you use different color felt pads accordingly.
