I was very surprised at how fast this Ironman ACTIVice roll on works. I put it on my legs prior to golfing and it lasts for a long time. When I get home, will reaply it and very quickly (15-20 mins) the muscles seem to relax and leg no longer hurts. Very pleased with results.

I never heard of this stuff before doing IMAZ 21’ and wow, what a race saver! Thought I might DNF because of cramps and severe pain during the marathon at the end. I applied some of this, walked about 3 minutes and got after it. It will be part of my kit from now on!!!
