I'd been looking for a bio culture supplement having read about how important having good gut flora is for not just physical but mental heath. This is a very comprehensive product with sixteen strains plus inulin a fibre which assists the bacteria and selenium, an essential mineral which acts as an antioxidant. The complex is vegetarian which I prefer and is good value compared to other products. I've used other Nu U supplements and been very pleased with them. You do need to keep in fridge once opened.

A bit stronger bacteria tablet, so good for preparing your stomach before foreign travels. Often with travels our stomach get upset a bit - change fo water, so food…it is good to fortify gut bacteria before travelling.I bought it half price in the promotion, so definitely worth it, but even for a full price I would recommend it.That’s the beauty of buying NuU Nutrition products, also from their own website. Healthy bacteria that thrive in your gut microbiome. This one has 16 strains, I go for the ones with the highest number of different types of ProBiotics. You also need Pre-Biotics to help feed Pro-Biotics. Google it and learn. It says 2 a day but I believe one is enough as once in the gut should increase themselves. Not a nasty drug, something very natural you need, gut makes them itself but encourage the proliferation of different ones as well.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell when you opened the container it was quite strong but apart from that these probiotics are good. I didn't have any side effects and they did a good job of getting rid of any bloating.

I take quite a lot of supplements largely to maintain health and fitness but I also suffer from diverticulosis. I try to get lots of gut friendly supplements and take fybogel and kefir milk along with a strong pro biotic. I seem to be enjoying a pretty stable period at the moment which means I can enjoy my spicy diet and alcohol. I take these every morning along with the nu nutrition turmeric and really feel that it is a key component in a range of preventative supplements. Thing is you never really know but the combination is the only common denominator in twelve months or so of no grumbles at all and certainly no full blown attacks. Good enough for me.

I have been taking them for years and have never experienced problems 'down there'. This brand has the most strains of probiotics that I have ever seen. I empty a few capsules into my batch of yogurt so they incubate along with the two strains that normal yogurt usual has. So you can make your yogurt that much healthier and it also makes it much more economical.

I can notice an improvement in my stomach, but these have such an awful smell when you open the bottle and repeat on me a lot, giving an awful aftertaste.Not sure what they are made of, but I won't be ordering again. A shame.
