I wanted a wild curler to achieve nice waves and no matter the temperature I put it simply doesn’t work and you won’t get any curles or waves - do not recommend

This 2" barrel is perfect for faking a blow out - I could never actually blow out my own hair because it's super thick, coarse and really hard to work with (Even my hair dresser won't blow my hair out!). On my hair, which stops at my chest, this creates very loose curls that go around about twice straight off the iron and throughout the day, they relax and I'm left with more voluminous hair than if I dried it straight. If you want actual waves/curls, I would recommend a smaller barrel, like 1.25" - for those not seeing any difference in their hair, this barrel might simply too big for you. It heats up fast, stays hot, and is easy to use. I could see someone with small hands struggle a bit, and I do think the temperature dial could've been placed in a better position. Other than that though, I'm super happy with my curling iron!

I am regrettably extremely sorry i have to say this but i do not want this item and want to return it for a refund. I was so looking forward to receive it, after which my father suddenly passed away- I was unable to use it for a while coz of-course i was mourning my hero’s death with family. I only recently used this curler a few times and very disappointed. It does not form any waves or curls to my hair. I have used it a few times in so many different ways , with or without using all sorts of curling hair products ,, Even if the tool does form waves after literally burning my hair, the waves only stay for less than one minute. The tool gets so extremely hot that it has badly burnt the hot-tools-mat that i use for all my hot hair styling equipment. And i can so visibly see the damaging effects this tool has done to my hair only after using it two to three times.Please help me get rid of it. I paid a-lot of money for it.Its just , this tool is not particularly made for my hair. It does not work for me at all and is taking space in my cupboard.Someone else can at-least make a use of it and may be happy with it if i return it ,, please pleaseIts in beautiful pristine resalable state. I got the box & packaging everything here. Also paid Amazon additional money to get a returnable deal.Please please guide me and arrange for me to return it for a refund. I am a loyal constant customer of Amazon and will always be. Just don't want this tool. Absolutely hate it.How do i go on about returning it ?? Looking forward to your quick response. .

Tengo cabello entre medio y largo y grueso, me funcionó súper bien y me gustó como deja el cabello son como ondas de alasiado entre más largo tengas el cabello yo creo que más marcada queda la onda
