Peace if Mind Again
I have one of the large SOT kayaks. Last year, to my horror, it filled up with water. I didn't realize it until my next trip out and it was listing to port. There was about 6 to 8 gallons of water in it! I thought it was just me until I saw videos of other people who experienced the same thing. I ordered this early this year and got it installed. I tested it out, and the flow is more than sufficient. I was in some chop over the weekend, but I felt secure knowing that I have a solution to a potential dangerous problem. Thankfully, there was no need for it to turn on. I saw some reviews that the automatic feature didn't work. Both times that I tested it, worked fine for me.

All around excellent bilge pump
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great product. Being able to separately adjust the angle of the pick-up and of the discharge made it easy to adapt it to fit my sailboat. When I had a question the seller responded quickly with helpful information. Once installed it was easy to test the non-float water level sensor, which cannot get stuck, and it pumped like a champ.

Works well with a small tweak
Works well, but is quite sensitive to any water. Had to adjust the intake sensor to a bit less than completely down to get it to stop cycling.

I'm thinking I like this..
using for shower sump in a boat. wire it up for automatic and switched, or just switched. If only on automatic it may not empty the sump because it's float activated. not like those Rule pumps that check for water every 3 minutes.

Good Head Capacity
Good head capacity and only leaves 1/2 inch in bilge. Nice adaptors too.

Works great, as it says it takes a second ir 2 to come on when sensors coverd by water, but is excellent..

An effective bilge pump, can be controlled automatically or via manual switch. I brought it to fit in my boat, but I have a small area in which it can be placed in. I was hoping it could be placed vertically, but alas the automatic sensor is on the motor end not a pump issue. but it was small enough to fit horizontally. Water flow is impressive for such a small pump (once it had primed). At the price I paid I am very happy with it.

Just have to watch wiring set up . Works REALLY GOOD for now see how long it lasts .Far better than the float style . Sucks almost 99% of the water. Will change over my 2 if the other ones go..
