Works Perfectly for My Smart TV
This remote works perfectly for my android based smart TV. I ordered a 32” Apolosign SmartTV that is touch screen and mobile. Unfortunately the remote it came with was extremely limited so I went on the hunt for a universal Bluetooth remote. I received this one today, and it connected quickly via Bluetooth and works great! I now have more control of my tv via remote! The backlit is awesome as the original remote does not have this feature. Also, the free moving mouse is much more convenient than what I had on the original remote. My main issue with my original remote is that I can not fast forward or rewind videos. I also can’t scroll down in YouTube to browse videos. I had to physically touch my screen which was annoying if I was laying down relaxing. With this remote I now have those capabilities. I highly recommend this remote if you have an android based smart tv!

This is the One to Get
This is the 3rd version of this MX3-type remote that I have owned over a number of years. It is easily the best, and finally everything I have wanted all along. (Backlit + Mic version selected.)The 1st version (not purchased on Amazon) lacked backlighting, had a bug that turned back on the air mouse every time you put it down, and also could not successfully be programmed to power on my Onkyo receiver. The 2nd version added key backlighting and fixed the air mouse bug. It also worked with all of my devices, although my Sony TV always requires a few attempts to get the power to switch off with this one. However, it had the top 4 keys mapped backwards, so FF/RW were switched with Next/Prev Track. That wasn't too bad, but what became very annoying, was that it would randomly double-click buttons I only typed once. This made volume adjustment and tracking difficult, and typing quite frustrating. The death-knell for that one, however, was when its batteries started to die every week or so. I guess that could be due to not powering down while idle, but this happened only after several years of regular use.Okay, on to the remote listed on this page, my 3rd variant. It fixes the double-click issue (types perfectly). Fixes the incorrectly mapped buttons from the previous model. The batteries seem to last fine so far. The air mouse not only functions as it is supposed to (doesn't turn itself back on), but the speed adjustment actually does something on this remote (I do wish there were more gradations though, as it only has maybe 3 settings, and they are very far apart). The backlighting is more white and easier to read. The programmable button for my Sony TV's power now works on the first press. Not only that, but this one ditches the useless mode that required you to toggle between the bottom 4 programmable IR buttons, or the rest of the RF buttons on the remote. On both prior versions, you always had to make sure you were in the correct mode for the type of button you were pressing. That never made sense to me. It's not like any of the buttons had 2 functions. So why can't we just use both types of button all of the time? Well on this remote, you finally can! No more pressing a button, wondering why it won't work, and then remembering that you left the remote in the other mode. Now the buttons simply do what they are supposed to without the need for mode-swapping.The voice control is not as capable or intuitive as something like a ROKU remote, but that is to be expected. You must engage Google Voice for the inputs to register. Sometimes this may require a bit of repetitive pressing until it comes up, but it is capable of voice-to-text inputs in search boxes, such as YouTube. However, it won't accept full commands to launch an app or something. It's just there to save you time in typing on the tiny keyboard side.Long story short, this may be the only remote with: Traditional remote layout (portrait, vol, mute, direction pad, back, etc.), programmable keys, full querty keyboard, gyro air mouse, plus optional backlighting and mic. I just purchased a second unit for my other TV.

Works as described.
Works well on a Windows 10 PC. Air mouse function works well but requires a steady hand and movement. Turn air mouse function OFF/ON with the small button directly left of the Page Down button. The air mouse function must be ON for the left mouse & right mouse buttons to work. Mouse left button is the OK button on the remote. Mouse right button is the Back/Go Back button on the remote. As you position your mouse cursor over a button you want to click, you can NOT freeze the mouse by turning mouse function OFF. Care must be used when moving fingers to the left or right mouse buttons so as not to let the air mouse move the cursor off the button.

Does what it is supposed to do, and does it well.
Works great on my Raspberry pi zero and Pi 4. Plug and play. Feels solid.
