the lack of good written instructions and picture detailmeans that you have to work out that when you turn it on, it was too easy to end up on the wrong setting on the volume .the volume controls are on a loop 5 setting so if you get it wrong you have to go all the way round to get it rightthere is no difference in turning it on and off to the light indication ( blue for on and red for off would of been goodyou have to turn them off when you put them in the charging case- otherwise you get feedbackwas good that you could not put them in the wrong charging port as magnetically set up to go into the correct onesplus you have to igure out when fully charged the blue light dis only not green as you would expectbut for £70 to boost your hearing when talk directly to people was goodlastly did not work with tv sound for some reason or when people talking with their back to you

After a out six weeks the left hand one stopped working. The seller advised me to clean it and charge it, as if I hadn't already done that. Got to purchase another now , but definitely not from them. My advice is give them a miss.
