It has arrived just in time to start my February goals. I never start in January for a new year. But the book itself is beautiful, soft smooth cover. Bigger then I expected. A normal sized journal.Highly recommend for anyone who needs a break from electronically logging and logging it old school! I can't wait to try the set for next year!

I love this! It’s simple and not to overwhelming. I’m someone who’s journaling everyday and every chance I can, I really wanted something to use as my morning and night time meditation. Journaling has always been that for me. But I love this one because I really wanted something with simple prompts. The pages are pretty and for me these prompts are perfect for my current self care routine. (:
