I had some really tough carpet stains in my grandson's car. The product did an adequate job at removing about 80% of the heavy stains. There may not be a stain remover that could have removed 100%.

Upon receiving this product, it looked like it was missing a little out of the bottle. I did a deep clean on my car and used it on a small area. I used as directed and all it did was get soapy and did not clean the area. I had to go out and by different cleaner to get the job done. Waste of money.

I was sceptical that anything would get engine oil out of a light grey headcloth which a mechanic in a dealership kindly left after servicing the car. It's hard to tell from the photos because it is in shadow but I can honestly say the car looks like new again (I am very very fussy). I also tried it on a sick patch in our sons room which nothing else could remove, even this is nearly completely gone with only one treatment. Some people are moaning that it does not foam, it does a little but this is much better so you don't end up with foam spread over a larger area than needed. I previously used very foamy products which are much more difficult when trying to clean the foam away.
