Just great! You should probably just get one.
There isn’t much to say about this except that it is a great figure and it makes me happy to have it on my work desk! The quality of the materials is good and the detail for the figure is very high for a figure of this size. Realistically, it’s just slightly over 6 inches tall as shown in my picture. It might not be to the level of a masterpiece version but it is like having a scaled down version of it. The accessories are also of good quality and look nice for different positions etcI really have very few complaints about this figure, but if I were looking for things to be critical about, they are below:1. This is definitely not kid-easy to transform, but that is what makes this item fun and is needed for the detail level.2. The body gray/white color seems slightly off to me but others may feel it is just right. It doesn’t bother me at all but I did notice it.3. The face color seems a little too dark to me. It makes the smirk hard to see without bright lighting.4. The hands and fingers are a bit odd and don’t quite allow a fist and there aren’t a lot of good ways to pose them. See my picture for the “pinch” fist.5. The null ray attachment is a bit odd. In the right positions they look good. But when the arms are in some positions it isn’t really possible to make them look “right”. There are two sets. One set attaches at a hinged element under the purple ceremonial shoulder pieces and another set attaches to the forearms.None of the above items should stop you from getting this figure if you are interested in it. I’m totally satisfied with it!

Acceptable for the right price
I bought this figure when it was on discount, around Voyager price $30-34. I believe it may have gone down as much as $27 here in Amazon. Cheaper at some local stores for under $20 as well.As some of the SS86 figures that were re-used from previous molds, these figures are for the most part worth it but only when they are on sale.Still, this is a fine figure and package, regardless, if this specific mold has been recycled numerous times with all its faults.

He’s just a little guy! :0
I am one of the biggest Starscream fans, so I was very excited when I saw this little guy. Starscream is about 6 1/2” tall. All of his colors are nice and bright, but the red is more matte than glossy. The red on his …lower plate came in the mail chipped and occasionally still chips. All of the blue bits (aside from his shins) are colored plastic and not painted.Moving on, let’s talk mobility. His head has a full range of motion, as do his shoulders. His legs, however, are a slight issue. For him to sit down, you have to make him manspread aggressively. His feet bend inward at the ankle and his toes and heels bend toward each other because of the transformation. His knees bend well, but the shin-plates do pop off of his kneecaps when you bend his knees sometimes. He has no waist swivel, but his hands do curve inwards. His transformation is very similar to the one shown in the G1 show and 86 movie. From the top his alt is very cute and accurate. The bottom side, however is kind of ugly. His accessories include: a purple throne and cape, a golden crown, purple and gold shoulder pads, and two sets of null rays. Everything fits on him very well. He also comes with a purple throne that he doesn’t sit on very well, but knitted him a little throne cover so that I can slip his cockpit through to keep him on his throne.Aside from the few issues, he is such a great figure. However he is very expensive even with the accessories and the ill fitting throne. Either way, you should definitely consider getting him!

Well made
Just like the originals! Easy to transform and seems to be holding up well.

For the inner 80s child
This Starscream is a lot better than the original G1 toy: more poseable and looks great in both robot and plane form.

Bad comedy!
So glad I was able to snag another copy of this for a decent price after selling my first copy. Starscream himself is of a voyager class, but the accessories, especially the throne makes it more than worth it. The transaction is still as satisfying as I remember. Get you one!
