Although these arrived a week later than they were supposed to and were poorly packaged I have to say despite the poor customer service I have to say I am made up with this set. The quality is good and they look very classy. Love the little side tables which fit easily and securely and the table that goes between the chairs is great too. I certainly have no complaints for the price. Can’t wait to actually use them in the sun if we get any

We love their comfort and weight to move them back away. I'm disabled so my 2 teenage sons do all the moving things. They are very comfortable and easy to move around. I bet in the moving son too in Summer! Let's hope England has a sunny summer 2024.

Overall very pleased, the chairs appear good quality. I did find a couple of rusty bare metal areas that I rubbed down and painted with black crackled Hammerite. Worked well.

Surprisingly fantastic for the money we paid. I have ordered 2 more sets as gifts - highly recommended and delivery was fast too. Very impressed

Purchased these on 21st june and delivered by dpd from rainberg in hayes middlesex and purchased these after trying someone elses zero gravity chairs last summer that were already couple of years old and still going strong and still are.First used them yesterday (Saturday 24th) all fine and was nice experience using them with the added sun shade feature that they now have.Then today the sunday 25th June my partner is laying back reclined just laying there perfectly still and i was facing her chair from her side and heard it make a snap and then just see her chair tipping back and if it wasn’t for me getting there just in the nik of time she would of hit her head on the brick wall behind or still had a nasty injury with it completely tipping back.Just to note we both weigh around 14 and 17 stone me being the heavier and these chairs stated their limit is 23 stone in weight yet it has failed with someone weighing at 14 stone using it.Not impressed at all on day two these have failed and exactly the same thing has happened to another reviewer not to mention the amount of other reviewers who have had bad quality issues with bits breaking and screws protruding through where they shouldn’t be and actually thought when we got ours they looked okay and nothing obviously wrong with them and thought we was just lucky but turns out these are a potential injury waiting to happen due to poor build quality.They look the part but they have a design flaw with the parts used with the mechanism somewhere and wish i had done what i normally do and do the research better and make sure i order from Amazon direct or another big name well established company that supply these as now its going to cost me too much money in courier costs and repackaging as the original box came with holes and misshapen and lost its integrity as it couldn’t handle the weight of two chairs and a table in such a flimsy transport box so its just not worth the hassle getting them sent back and has been a £99 hard lesson i can’t get back from a dodgy company based in hayes as i can’t even use the other chair now not knowing if it’s going to just suddenly snap and collapse so these are just junk now as to dangerous to use.I would like to know if these conform to any British safety standards at all so will be looking into this further but for now to anyone else looking at these walk on by and look for a decent quality tried and tested zero gravity chair that has no bad reviews or from a reputable high street retailer where you have returns that won’t cost you an arm and a leg via courier.I can’t stress enough fellow Amazon buyers do not buy these rain berg chairs!!

Assembled in a few minutes . Read the instructions . Learnt to see the way to secure position to prevent collapsing as that would be an unpleasant surprise !Put the side tray on by studying pictures in leaflet . You simply slide on ! No screws or things to lose.Tray stays put even with drink phone paperback on it.Take time to assemble to make sure you understand what goes where and how.The table was lovely too. Could withstand the weight of one of my cats who weighs a tun !Very sturdily built a definite winner !And all in all a lovely purchase .

These are big enough for me, which is good as I’m not large but I am broad. Many are tight on shoulders but these are ok. Also pretty comfy and easy to use. I’ve laid on one for a couple of hours and sat in the other for a few while the weather held out.They are quite heavy to move but that’s good indication of build strength I guess, especially on a windy day up north.They seem like they will last, but no a product that does is usually a pleasant surprise these days.My biggest concern is rust as there was some on the painted edges after a light rain shower, so if they stand the text of time is yet to be seen, but if the rust is minimal I believe they are built well enough to last a while. They are away from the weather in the shed, but it depends how good they really are underneath - I will know in springtime if they have survived the winter chill.They’re comfy enough, for the length of time I’ve sat in them, and I have a severe pain condition so that’s not alway the case. Seemingly a good buy for the price.
