The material was alright but I couldn’t get past the waistband twisting anytime I moved

Skirt is short but with elastic band you can wear low or high waisted. Material is soft and bouncy. With the two ruffles it gives an innocent look but a little bite with it being short.

This is flattering and looks amazing on. Your universal go to.
