Decent Scope
I have some minor issues, which I mention below, but I won't knock off any stars since I'm ignorant about microscopes in general. I'm just using this one for looking at soil, and so far it has been really nice to use. I like the overall features of this microscope. There isn't anything that obviously sticks out to me as being poorly made. The eye relief is enough that I can use the 10x eyepieces while wearing glasses. I have a somewhat severe astigmatism, so it's really nice to be able to use glasses with this scope. I've used both my readers and my daily-wear progressive lenses and both work fine. The field of view is obviously restricted a bit with glasses (maybe 50%?), but it is certainly useable, and definitely convenient. I imagine it's pretty easy to scratch the glasses if not being careful about approaching the eyepieces.I feel like I should knock a star off because my stage has a sticky spot in the gearing that is highly annoying when lowering it, but that seems to be going away with some use, and it's much lower than where I typically focus anyway, so it's not a big deal to me.I can't figure out how to disable the LED auto-off feature, even though that is a nice feature, it should be optional.I can't seem to find the optional reflection mirror for lighting instead of the LED that they mention in the manual. That would be nice to have.I did purchase a 20x objective to replace the 100x (which is not useful for looking at soil) and it works great and is parfocal with the existing objectives: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W7LWT6C?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsI wish they included or sold a camera adapter for DSLR cameras. It would be *very* simple to manufacture -- certainly no more complicated than the one they already include, just a lot shorter. I wasn't able to find one that didn't include corrective optics, which introduce aberrations, so I will have to make my own to avoid adding optics (and hence, corresponding optical aberration(s)). I purchased one without internal optics, but logically it isn't parfocal with the binocular eyepieces being used at the same time, so focus has to be adjusted between using one or the other. However, it does work on this microscope, in a pinch, with my Canon Rebel, but there is a ring-like visual artifact, presumably from internal reflection of the long tube: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QYZKSP8?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Very impressed
The 1st picture taken with a phone adaptor mounted to the photo tube. The 2nd just holding the phone to the eyepiece. The quality of this microscope is fantastic. I went with the din 160, achromat objective lens version, because purchasing additional objective lenses is relatively cheap compared to the infinity lens version. Unless you need absolutely no fringing, this scope is more that suitable for most people's needs. I swapped out the 100x oil immersion lense with an Amscope A60x dry lens which is widely available. The objectives just unscrew. The led is adequate even at high magnification. The condenser is color coded to match the objectives, but I've barely needed to open the objective to get a touch more light. The lenses are parfocal, even the additional lens I bought. The build quality is excellent. Every movable piece glides easily and stays where adjusted, the coarse and fine focus is very smooth, the stage x an y adjustment, the objective nose piece, the eyepiece swivel, the interpupillary adjustment and the diopter all smooth and precise. The USB-C power input means you can power this from a battery pack or the included plugin supply. If you are just starting microscopy, there are many cheaper but quality scopes that would also work well. I'll upgrade to an actual microscope camera eventually, but don't think that I'll need to move to a higher end microscope for a very long time if ever. I am extremely pleased with this microscope.

Returned as the light was subject to EMI
I liked the design and the quality of this microscope. It's trinocular and sleek.. it has a usb charger built in and also can accommodate a battery pack so you can take it from place to place without connecting it to an outlet. However, the light at the bottom kept going out as it is subject to electromagnetic interference. I returned the microscope. If it wasn't for this flaw, I would have kept the item as the magnified image was nice, design sleek, has built in usb charger cable and has ability to connect to a battery pack for portability.

Since I had no difficulty with using the microscope, I have not needed technical support.
It is easy to use and very efficient. I wish the images were sharper and clearer but it is a very good deal for the price.
