I pick at my knuckle on my index finger using my middle finger without thinking. These help stop that. They fit well. Not too tight and flexible. more comfortable than ones with metal.

This does seem to help my trigger finger, but I have ordered three and on each I have to stitch the seam after a couple of days after the thread starts to unravel at the end.

I have small hands, and this was way too small for me. As soon as I put it on my index finger within a few seconds my finger started throbbing as it was cutting off the circulation. This was just the sleeve itself. I hadn’t even strapped it to my next finger. it says unisex all sizes. But it is really meant for kids or someone with really small fingers.Seems like a good design, but the sizing was misleading

The Velcro worked well for about a week after finger surgery. Shorter than I had expected. Easy to use.
