Prep area first so the jb weld adhears
Used to patch pin holes on jon boat transom. I sanded and used a small diamond bit on dremel to clean up larger holes and wiped area with rubbing alcohol before applying the jb weld marine. Stopped leaks and appeared to bond to aluminum well. Sanded and painted after.

Well it works
I know jb weld usually is always good, But for i'm having issues on certain areas needing sealing from water, the jb weld not holding/cracking, im using this as filler but after 2 coats it finally sealed the hole enough for me to sand smooth and coat over it. It works, but i needed 2 coats instead of 1, thankfully this is a 3 pack!
