I am still taking one in the morning and one before going to bed every day and it is still working ( for night sweat) and if I miss the dosage, I get night sweat especially before my period ( I am 44, so I get perimenopause symptoms afterall) . I came off antidepressants last year because I had severe PMS but the side affects of the medication was intolerable, I am trying to sort my problems as drug free as possible, sometimes it is a big challenge but we all have to listen to our body and soul and try to do what's best for them , difficult sometimes!

**Q: How long before any results? I have taken the free sample and no changes yet?**
A: I forgot to mention that the reason that we get melting moments is because our bodies are actually calling out for Progesterone, which is only made in the Ovaries after ovulation, Progesterone is the antagonist hormone to Oestrogen, so balences our body, the Hypothalamus Gland which monitors and regulates our internal environment environment senses that there is too much Oestrogen and tells the Pituitary Gland to tell the Ovaries to produce Progesterone but as we aren't ovulating any longer the Hypothalamus gets upset that our internal environment is out of balance, the Hypothalamus gets very upset and it kind of vibrates, the Hypothalamus sits next to our internal temperature control gland deep within our brain which is what causes the melting moments, and why it starts in your head, the way these Menosan tablets work is by filling up some of the Oestrogen sensors in the body so the Hypothalamus doesn't recognise so much Oestrogen is present. I take these tablets and also provide  Progesterone in the form of Natural Progesterone Cream, if you want to know more about this look into Dr John R Lee who was a pioneer Doctor supporting the use of Progesterone Cream. **Q: Can anyone tell me if these tablets have helped reduce hot sweats? I already take Sage but am still getting some hot sweats! please advise.**
A: Uve just started 4days now hot flushes lesser am not so irritable early days yet tho

**Q: Is anyone finding they are extra windy and gurgly tummy taking these?**
A: Soya can cause minor digestive upset for some people; just make sure that you are taking the tablets straight after a meal and not on an empty stomach

**Q: Does this interfere with levothyroxine please? ?**
A: There are no contraindications listed taking the tablets with your medication.

This tablet has worked for me. It's fantastic... I feel like me again.. I've only been taking for a week. My mum noticed a change in me and said to me.. your not like my happy daughter.. what's wrong. It made me think and I said.. maybe I am going through the menopause. So I thought I would try these tablets. As they are good for all stages of menopause. I am feeling less aches and pains, am sleeping again, no more mood swings or feeling irritated and now feeling like my old happy self. Thanks to me listening to my mum, I will arrange to see my doctor about it aswell. These are really good.

You need to take 2 every day, which works out as expensive as the one a day, and takes a longer period of time to get into the system. Once in the system then it helps to reduce the hot flushes which can be several on a daily bases. But A.Vogel Menoforce Sage Tablets one-a-Day would be the better of choice. The tablets taste like walking into a sprayed room of deodorant with your mouth open, bit like some of the well known brand chemists, you know who they are!!! The tablets are easily swallowed, especially for those who see most tablets like horse tablets, and fear them getting stuck!! Value for money is not much better than getting a one a day which seems more potent, does get to work quicker in the system, and lowers hot flushes, and bed sweats better based on having tried both types of A.Vogel Menoforce Sage Tablets over the last few years.
