So I've had this trampoline for a year now. If you don't want to read the entire review, long story short is absolutely worth the buy.I wanted one that I could jump around on with my kids but didn't want to spend a ton of money. I found this one being within my budget with the size, weight limit and safety net along with a few other features. A few hundred dollars for a big trampoline that I've had 9 kids all bouncing around on at the same time (and let me tell you the safety net is a life saver for both kids and your legal liability for other's kids) and it holds true to it's ratings and abilities. Tons of fun for everyone old enough to bounce and young enough not to break something doing it.There have been a few things broken due to abuse from neighbor kids. Multiple times now this company has sent me replacement parts hassle and charge free. They respond it seems like as soon as they start the work day and take care of your problem without demanding silly pictures or serial numbers or many other ridiculous things a lot of companies make you do for their support of their product.This is a good product, made by a good company at a great value. The only risk you have is not buying this before more people catch on and it's $800+ which is what it's definitely worth between the quality and company support.

Update: 6 months later.. the ladder obviously broke and I got a two step stool and we’re doing just fine 😊, we still love our trampoline!I was 9 months pregnant when I assembled this, my husband helped when I needed it, but it’s pretty straight forward.It’s not as far from the ground as my neighbors’ trampolines which I like!We have a 2,5 year old daughter and she loves it. My husband and his friend the other day jumped on it and it held them pretty well. They are big guys (my husband weights about 290lbs, his friend probably around 230).Only problem we had is with the ladder - there are no instructions for it, but it looks pretty easy to assemble. Though it was super hard to put the plastic steps on the frame. My husband was able to put them on somewhat ok, but we couldn’t put the screws on. The day my husband went in the trampoline he moved the steps, so they are crooked now, and stuck in that position… so we’ll just leave them like that - unless sellers would like to send us a new ladder!

Great trampoline set! Esthetically pleasing and easy to assemble. Can be done with one person..in a couple of hours. Safe and durable. Basketball net fun for kids to play with. Can accomodate adult size also. Worth the price and effort

We received it last night, and decided to assemble today since it’s cooler and overcast. We are 2 youngish grandparents, and were able to do it ourselves. Instructions were decent, were able to follow without much difficulty. BUT…included in the materials were sleeves. No where in the instructions or material list were we able to find them. We finally decided to put them over the thin rods that go around the top of the netting. Now that we are done, I went back and looked at other videos for another company, and it seems like they go over the curved poles! Oh, well, maybe we’ll redo them one day! Also there weren’t clear instructions for how to attach the hoop so it doesn’t tilt. And we do have two extra pieces that aren’t listed that might help with this. But right now after 3.5 hours, we are done. Just have to get my grandkids here to try it out!

Have had for a year tomorrow and it’s a great system besides the netting. I wish there was a way to get a replacement because ours is completely shredded and no longer useable 😥

AMMENDED: After writing this review, the seller contacted me. His phone number still did not work so I had to give him my number. He promptly called and I was pleased to speak with the seller, not a representative. He was polite and honestly tried to rectify the situation. We were unable to find a solution, but he did make the situation right. Hopefully his phone problems will be fixed. Being able to speak with him directly at first sign of any issues would have made this experience less stressful and frustrating.I was so excited to get this, but was horribly disappointed when it was put together. It took about an hour to assemble, which wasn't too bad, but once assembled it looked "wonky." The legs were not solid and bent underneath the frame. It looked as if one jump would collapse the frame altogether. We checked to see if we put them on backwards, but they only go on one way. The entire frame twists and distorts when moved. The description says it's for a 1000 pounds, but the directions say it is for 150kg (about 300 pounds). The poles for the net are not stable and the entire frame can be twisted and tweeked with one hand! I tried contacting the seller from the phone number on the manual and the number is invalid. I emailed from the contact provided and have heard nothing. So I am trying to return it and am expected to pay to ship it back! This was not as described, it is not safe for my two year old granddaughter, the company won't try to help rectify the situation, and now I'm expected to pay a lot of money to give it back?!! If you want to try this product, buy it from WALMART where at least you can easily return it to the store and not spend more money!

I was concerned about the height.It’s wonderful!!!
