Seems to be the real deal! Hoping for a resolution to product mixup.
Not really a coffee person and caffeine pills weren’t always working but thus far this product seems to help with alertness when taking early in the day. No “crash” at the end, either. So - if it keeps on working; might’ve found what was needed to stay sharp at work! Ordered 3 more packages and they sent the gum instead of the mints - which don’t work as well. They told me they would make good on it and send me the correct product. I’m still waiting…

Bitter, weird flavor, and not "mints"
First, these little discs are gum, and not mints. Although there is an outer layer that crumbles when chewing, they are chewy and don't dissolve... it's gum! With a mint you swallow it. Are you supposed to swallow this gum to receive the intended effect?Everyone's taste buds are different. But for me, the initial burst of flavor is minty and pleasant enough, but after a minute or two in my mouth they start to taste artificial and bitter and odd. The sweetener is sucralose (Splenda), which often provides its own unique flavor to whatever it's in.Being a caffeine gum, it delivers a dose of caffeine as expected. I'm not one to get "the jitters" from coffee, unless I have a LOT of it on no sleep. The B-vitamin add-on is nice, and I'm not sure the effect the L-Theanine has. Here it says it's for "cognition and focus". I read at Healthline it's used to "ease anxiety, stress, and reduce insomnia." Wouldn't it be weird if there was one ingredient that made it easier to sleep (L-Theanine) and one that made it easier to stay awake (caffeine) in the same product?I would appreciate if the promo pictures here a) matched the product I got (the cover here upper left corner says "neuro mints", mine says "neuro gum", and b) that there is also a photo of the product's ingredient list. I guess they can't just call it "gum" because of the non-FDA-approved medical claims, so the box says "dietary supplement".Regardless, I'm glad to see a relatively short ingredient list, and I'll be glad to have them on hand in the convenient individual packages, when I really need a little caffeine boost and there's no Jitter Juice (coffee, etc.) nearby. 3.4 stars.

Tastes horrible
The mint flavor is so incredibly strong I can’t keep it in my mouth. It’s awful and not refundable

Obsessed with these!
These mints are great for a caffeine pick me up. They're VERY minty, but I love the packaging, easy to throw a bag (2 pack) in any purse
