Would this be a good strainer for a deep fryer?

It works great for straining things from a deep fryer, that's what I use mine for most of the time.

They are stainless steel so they should not rust and mine have not, they are sturdy strainers.

Do colored Fine Mesh Strainer come off easily?

It will not fade easily, I always wash it immediately after use, so it is easy to clean, The rainbow color I bought is beautiful.

Will almond flour be able to get through the mesh?

I think so, you would have to hit the side to make it go through. It's very standard mesh, just like any other strainer of this type

It's so hefty for something so pretty!

I like them a lot! The rainbow is on the mesh as well and the metal seems pretty solid! I am looking forward to making pastries again the smallest one is going to be so perfect for sugar dusting!

Pretty and functional

These are pretty and functional. We'll see if the finish holds up. (Similar silverware from another brand started showing wear and tear pretty quickly with daily use.) It should probably be fine since these only get occasional use.
