Q: i was order some of it in March, i want to know may i require the certificate of manufacture？

It's sourced from China. That's why NOW's is so cheap. I wouldn't touch it. Nature's Way Borage Oil is a good alternative, sourced from Canada.

Q: Is this Borage Oil PA (pyrrolizidine alkaloid) free?

From NOW's website: Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids: Some natural herbs contain these PA alkaloids which are hepatotoxic (liver toxins). These herbs include comfrey and butterbur. Our butterbur is free of pyrrolizidine alkaloids, and we do not sell comfrey for internal use. Borage Oil is naturally free of PAs, which may naturally occur in other parts of that plant.

Q: what size are these capsules? mini?

I haven't bought these since April 7, 2016, but as I remember they were not small. They are about the size of a fish oil capsule. If you look at the pictures of the item on Amazon, they are normally on the left side of the description of the item, one of them the label and one the bottom left on the label there is a picture of the size of the pill.
