Beautiful American made stoneware.
Very pretty. Made in the USA!! Pack the butter in the bell, fill jar 1/3 full of water and works great! If your butter falls out it is because you didn't pack it in. Holds almost two full sticks of butter. I have bought other matching items and will be buying more. Quality American made. I looked at many others but bought this one because it was the only one not made in China or who knows where. Yes you can find one less expensive, but I think it is important to support local businesses. Spend the extra money. You will be very happy!!

Perfect gift for my mother
My mom had one of these years and years ago, but it got broken and she never replaced. She always wanted a replacement, and when I found this I had to get it for her. The dragonfly is our thing and it was perfect. She loved it.

Never look at butter the same way again
Love love love! I purchased these fir Christmas presents and have not stopped hearing compliments on my families new found love of butter. It is high quality ceramic and more beautiful in person. Very happy I ordered these as gifts.... and yes there is one on my counter too!

Effective but needs more capacity.
Quality item for sure. Only problem for me is lack of capacity. It holds only 1 1/2 sticks at best and I expected more. However, it is effective at keeping butter fresh even at room temperature for days.

Poor Design
Butter section too narrow and deep. It's pretty but impractical. Would not purchase again.
