**Q: My letter keys arent working**
A: You didn't say if it was all of your letter keys or just some of them. If it's all of them, I've never seen that issue before. But there is a key combo on this keyboard that can cause your W, A,S, and D keys to act as arrow keys instead of letters.
If it is only those 4 keys not working correctly, try pressing the Fn key & the W key at the same time. Then try using W,A,S,D again and see if they are working normally.

**Q: Is it Bluetooth**
A: No it is not Bluetooth. It is a wired keyboard

**Q: My keyboard has stopped working. The same letter keys keep typing automatically across the screen and the keyboard does not respond. Help?**
A: Same thing just happened to me at work. O have unplugged and cleaned it and when I plug back in, same thing happens..

**Q: Space bar going crazy. The keyboard is registering that I am pressing it. How to fix?**
A: As much as how pretty that keyboard was I was having the same issue I ended up sending it back

Attention ce clavier contient plein d'erreur de touches entre ce qui est inscrit dessus et ce que la touche retranscrit. Négociation avec le vendeur pour une reprise car celui-ci estime que mon clavier est conforme à l'image du produit sur le site. Il est toutefois difficile à utiliser puisqu'il faut deviner où est la bonne touche...+ retour à nos propres frais...
