Everyday Minerals Jojoba Base - Rosy Beige 3C - 0.17 oz

I decided to try Everyday Minerals because I was looking to try a mineral makeup in hopes of clearing up my skin, better match my skin tone and wanted all of my makeup products to have simple ingredients while being 100% vegan/cruelty free. This makeup checked all of those boxes and has exceeded my expectations. The company provides free sample kits to test out shades before purchasing larger products, I was able to find my perfect shade through the kit as well as had some samples left over to find a good summer shade for when my skin gets darker from all the sun. The base is lightweight, provides even coverage and the jojoba makes my skin glow wonderfully. There is no greasy heavy feeling like using liquid foundation and the base washes off easily at night while lasting all day. The best part is that it doesn't make me break out, clog my pores or cause redness on my sensitive skin. To make it go further, I pry off the inner tray and use a makeup round to apply with a light dusting of a brush after. If I use just a brush to apply it all, it seems to go faster as a lot of the product poofs out into the air. I love that this is available through amazon prime and it always comes packaged in bubble wrap to avoid cracking the container while in transit.

I was very disappointed in this product. Hard to get out of container to apply and overall too little coverage.

A great product!

I thought I’d try this formula out for the winter months, however I found it to not blend well with my oil/tallow based moisturizer I wear underneath it. The coverage was definitely not full also, so I had to return in exchange for the matte formula

I used to use this years ago and thankfully remembered it when I was looking for a new mineral foundation. I usually have trouble with mineral foundation; it gives me dermatitis on my cheeks. I think it’s the high levels of zinc oxide. This only has mica and jojoba. It feels very comfortable. It does give off a bit of a sparkle but not in an obnoxious way. Very subtle. I even used this under my eyes and on my angry reactive eyelids without any trouble. I got 3C. I’m light with a neutral, cool leaning shade.
