This is so easy to set up quickly to give a little extra comfort while the kids are playing out front. It’s not only great for when they are playing basketball, but if they are riding bikes or playing in the driveway at all, I put it up. It sets a boundary for the kids and keeps visitors from pulling in while the kids are playing.

About what we expected for the price. We use a clip to hold the net tight to the roller, otherwise it sags. It deters our dogs and toddler from running into the road from the driveway, but it isn't incredibly sturdy and they could easily go under or pull it down and go over if they really wanted to escape.

I went through a lot of reviews and this one looked great… but it’s just not sturdy.Price point is great. Easy to install, I liked the retractable feature, but my 16 month old was able to climb right over it, which defeats the whole purpose.Maybe if it wasn’t as large of an area to cover it would work better, but then why offer it in that size if it’s not going to hold up?I definitely think it needs to come with some kind of boning to keep the safety gate up.

My dogs plowed right through this thing. Bent the pole that holds this into the ground. This would be great for kids or very mild manor pets. Not as early to “open and close” as it may look, the net for all tangled every time

My yard is clay and quite rocky, so this was very difficult to install. You really need soft earth for easy installation. Retraction is also tricky to get right as it gets crooked quite easily.

This simply doesn’t work as advertised. The middle sags and both sides need additional reinforcement for the gate to actually stay upright. When retracting, the net doesn’t retract evenly, so it will get caught in the roller. This is cheaply made and way overpriced. Do not buy this!
