Bought this as I was slowly developing wrist pain and stiffness from tennis. Got to the point of needing a break but wore this for a day around the house, played the following day with it on which really helped. The next day my wrist wasn’t stiff at all. Amazing.Have been wearing for about a month and wrist is much better, though still some residual soreness and stiff if I play a few days in a row.Very comfortable and I don’t notice wearing it when playing in terms of restriction or comfort. Can tighten to the point of numbing if required! I was worried about the thumb loop affecting racquet grip but no problem there at all. However, the loop does come across the palm and isn’t particularly tight so can be a bit distracting. Not sure how you get around this though as it does anchor the support.Really pleased and would recommend for anyone even if you don’t have pain and wrist just feels a little weak.

I find these very comfortable to wear and gently supportive of my wrists when needed.
