Great book with all the detail you need to perform the exercises correctly. I'm at the end of week 2 and I'm just about to cancel my gym membership because I don't feel I need all those machines anymore.

Helpful and easy to read
Maybe make recipes clearer or include photos and also lay out the shopping list in an e-book format like the other handouts. All in all very good, starting the regime today so hopefully will see results.
