I love books like that, because you can learn a lot about your environment, but also about yourself. Definitely recommend this, esp. if you are in sales or another people Business.

Firstly, let me say that I am a communication practitioner and journalist by trade and I thoroughly enjoyed this book! It is always good to read what fellow communication practitioners have to share about the practice, so, I bought this book to see what the author had to say about reading people. Spot on! About 70 percent of our communication is nonverbal, therefore, it is important to pay attention to nonverbal communication. The author lays out the importance extremely well. As the author noted, cultural communication is extremely important to be mindful of when analyzing verbal and nonverbal communication. This book is absolutely essential to understanding the basics on reading people. And, as the author pointed out, the key is to help you “connect” with people. So, buy the book and enjoy your learning experience on how to positivity connect with others. I strongly recommend reading this book! One other small comment. If you listen to this book on audiobooks, much of the content in the book is not read on audiobook, as well as there is some additional information in some chapters in audiobook that is not in the printed book. I found this to be a bit odd. I started listening to the book before I received the printed copy and quickly realized the audiobook and printed book is not the same. I wind up just reading the print.
