It does help so far so good.
It did help for being overwhelmed and feeling down and for constantly feeling really weak or overpowered spiritually. I used it on myself and a family member and burned a blue candle for each person, while meditating on what I and the family member needed to be healed from.

My candles flame was short, unfortunately it's not a good sign of a working spell.
