I have been griding my teeth for over 30 years. I usually purchase the 4x pack of mold at home mouth guards. Decided to try something new this time with something that will last a bit longer because I can never get them to fit the same way twice. Once I get one fitting the way I want, it is chewed apart.I have been eating this mouth guard for a month now. It was a bit tight the first few nights, but a little hot water fixed the glitch. It forms well to my less than perfect smile. I use the bottom because I find that I spit them out less and can talk with them in my mouth.The form was at my house within two days. I got it out in the mail that evening. They say it will take two weeks to get them back, but since they are out of MI and I don't live that far, it was closer to 5 days. The form instructions were easy to use, pictures helped, let it sit in my mouth for about 5 minutes before pulling it out and packaging it up. It does give you a reminder to add your shipping information so they can send the guard to you. Almost forgot to do that in my haste.So far, rather happy with the guard. I have chewed up Dentek in a few weeks. Some of the multi-packs I can get here on Amazon make it about a month or so before I need to switch. This one seems to be going strong. We will see if it lasts as long as they claim, I am a heavy grinder. Doesn't seem to be showing signs yet, will update when it does.**So, I have been chewing this guard religiously since 2018. It is still going strong. I loved it so much, I purchased a second one in 2021. I use one for travel and the original on my nightstand. Had to suffer a couple of nights with lost luggage, so I got the second. They both fit wonderfully and stay in my mouth all night long.**

This mouth guard is wonderful. I bought the first one in 2019 and have a spare also. It fits well, it's not bulky (I got the medium firmness) and has not worn down in the years of using it. I start grinding as soon as I fall asleep and can't be without a guard. The fitting process is easy but you have to pay attention to the timing. I watched the video a few times and wrote down the important points. (I used the OTC boil and bite guards for years even though they are bulky, because I didn't know this existed. Also tried one from the dentist, but it was too hard and expensive). This has made a huge difference for me: easy, comfortable, and good price.

I've tried the do-it-at-home mold kits - they are a waste of your money. They are difficult to mold, have too much material in them that then has to be trimmed away (leaving edges that really irritated my gums) and they're uncomfortable. This product is very nearly the same apparatus that you might get from your dentist for $700.00. Although I was a little apprehensive about mixing the molding material, it was really quite easy and quick. Sent the mold off and in 10 days I have the dental guard in my mouth. The fit is good - snug but not too tight - and it's pretty comfortable. The customer service was quick to respond to my questions and seemed very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend for those of us who don't have dental insurance!

I needed a nightguard badly but couldn’t afford the ones from my dentists. When I found this one I was super skeptical. But I’ve never known comfort like this with a mouth guard. I kept trying different kits from retail stores but I’d always gag on them and they’d click my jaw. This one is so small that I don’t gag on it at all. Yet it’s thick enough to protect my teeth. Even with me accidentally wiggling the mould while waiting for it to set: they sent me a guard that fits nice and tight and stays on.I used to wake myself up and even my wife up my teeth grinding was so bad. Now even if my jaw is flexing it doesn’t make any sound. Super soft material but super strong. I press my teeth together hard all of the time and I only notice minor wear on the guard.It’s nice to have such an affordable yet quality product that some of us so desperately need.I’ll never buy another nightguard again. Also helpful tip for this product. Put a glow in the dark sticker on the case they give you ;) easy to find when you already shut the lights off and realize you need to put in your nightguard

I am desperate for relief from worsening ,agonizing pain due to bruxism and TMJ .My insurance will no longer cover night guards and pre made "adjustable "trays from the store are always too big so this seemed like a godsend.It arrived today with 3 impression trays (I ordered the small impression kit)despite the typo ridden instructions only referring to 2 trays. I went with the smaller of the 3 trays but even the small tray stretched my already sore jaw (I am an adult woman ,I am just very petite with a child size mouth).I decided to proceed reading and rereading the instructions as well as kept them out while preparing the mold.The mixing went well and I rolled the putty per instructions and fitted it into the tray.It was at that point I realized the amount of putty the instructions tell you to use is far too much for the smaller tray but as you have only 45 seconds to mix the putty and get into the tray before making the impression I had no way to readjust the putty before it set and had no choice but to" go for it".Absolutely awful ! The tray was too big as it was and then to have a huge rolled lump of putty spilling over the tray (due to spread) there was no way, with my TMJ,I could bite down hard enough nor open my mouth wide enough fit my thumbs in to put pressure on the tray to get a deep enough impression.I braved it out for the full 3 minutes but there is absolutely no way it would be a useable or acceptable impression.My partner suggested making a new impression,ignoring the instructions and using less putty the second time around but that would require purchasing more putty direct from the company which would mean further costs and delays.Very dissapointed that there were no instructions for the small tray I had ordered as I believe if they had included instructions for the small tray instead of "one size fits all" instructions clearly only for medium/large trays I would have had a successful impression and on my way to relief with a custom fitted guard.

I love this night guard! I had one made at the dentist inthe past, paid $700 and this one is almost the same. Its very much worth the money. I have new bioclear teeth that I'm not used to and I was tough on them at night without knowing. My jaws ached, my two front teeth were sore. That was gone on the first night.Buy it! You won't regret it. Just follow directions, it was easy.
