Is this good for a 10 year old?

I bought it for my 13 year old and it's absolutely too small. It looks ridiculous. I think 10 may be too big also.

Work for boys 4 feet tall ?

I just wanted to say a thank you to the person who used the actual height of their child for reference instead of age. Every child is different in size and shape. So saying this scooter is for 3-11 year olds or what have you, doesn't help a mom who has a 5 year old almost 5 foot tall 🙄

Does the handlebars turn in 360 degrees? Are there ways to make it not turn all the way?

They do turn 360 degrees... I have not found a way of preventing that, unfortunately.
