This is a great kit for hole drilling which includes 2 drill bits, an auger, a hole saw, 6 hole grommets and covers, wire sheathing, and a sheathing installation tool. I wasn't able to drill completely through 1.5" thick wood, but I was able to locate the hole saw using the through hole that the drill made. I am very surprised at the value of this kit is with everything included. The one and only issue I had is that the hole grommets fit slightly loose in the holes, but you wont notice after you install cables. If you don't already have the required tools to make the hole, this is a fantastic product for the job.

Description says 2 inches but will not fit into a hole a 2 inch hole saw makes. I had to use a rotary file to enlarge the hole (not by much though)

Though the covers are a little loose in the holes (something that seems common with this type of hole cover, not just this manufacturer... but the quality is fine and the tools included are definitely useful and sharp - making the whole hole cutting process quick and easy. I've used the covers and I am definitely keeping and taking care of the hole cutter... if this suits your needs... I cannot imagine that you will be disappointed

What a joke. I specifically purchased this set of desk grommets because surely they would provide a hole saw that actually fit the grommet.Nope. 4 holes later and I have grommets that will NOT fit snug. They are so loose that it's ridiculous. Now I have 4 holes in my desk, I have to hunt down actual 2" grommets or rig something to work. And all Amazon offered as an apology for offering items with incorrect descriptions is a paltry $5 coupon.

delivered on time and neatly packaged. it took less than a minute to put the bits together and begin drilling the hole. i * really* liked the depth adjustability of the pilot hole bit.great product / kit!

Drill bit is not that sharp, i had to get through a layered counter that was about 3"thick. It was way more laborious than it should have been...and wood gets brutally stuck in the bit and is a pain to get out. The hole it makes is also slightly larger than the inserts, and the fit is not snug. Easily correctable with about 3 layers of duct tape, but again, more labotious than it should be. The cord organizer is also a pain to get around 3 cords. There was a device included that looks like it us supposed to help with that task, but there were no instructions in my box, and could not figure it out. Got the job done eventually and everything looks fine, but a job I expected to take 15 minutes took about 2 hours because it was so hard to get the wood out of the drill bit. Probably fine for thinner counters or desks.
