I have used these pants during several rain storms. They are as advertised: sturdy, waterproof, good performance, comfortable, and easy care. The zip pockets have an additional purpose, when open, they give an extra benefit of more breathability.

I purchased these rain pants for my husband to wear when we attend my son‘s sporting event when it’s foul weather, which is often since he plays a spring sport. I followed the other reviews and purchased his normal size, even though he would likely be wearing them over pants. The fit is good, he is happy with the zippers at the legs, and most importantly they kept him dry in the last spring game we attended. We’ve only had a chance to use them three times so I can’t yet comment on durability, but they do seem to be high-quality from what we can tell. Looking forward to using these for many sporting seasons to come .

Kept me dry, sized right to fit over pants and boots. Seem pretty durable after a week of reasonably hard use. Would like a front fly, but good value for the price. Better than 2 more expensive options I tried.

Got these for my bicycle commute in rainy Oregon. I haven’t put them through a heavy rain, but so far, multiple rides and dry thighs! The fit is very comfortable, and they help cut down on the windchill too! I will likely get another pair.Update: wore these pants for a prolonged medium-heavy rain ride. They performed beautifully, legs stayed good and dry and warm the whole ride…except for my left thighs because I left the zipper pocket open lol!

Pants size small (30 inch waist) fit my 33 inch waist (but probably wouldn't fit a 34 waist). Well constructed - nice lightweight mesh liner, outer shell sheds water like a duck, and the zippered and Velcroed cuffs make it easy to cover boot tops. Nice attention to detail in the design of these pants. Made in China, but they are actually very well made.

I can't attest to durability or rain proofing at this point, but I really like the fabric inside and out, the feel and zippered design - so I was very disappointed that the inseam fell a bit short and that the seller doesn't offer inseam choices. A maximum 32" available inseam across all sizes is barely ok for hiking in my case - and renders these pants close to useless for biking; I know the same maker also offers biking pants, but those serve a different philosophy: narrow cut legs are meant for shorts or tights-wearing sport bikers. Those would flood a utility biker's shoes and are also much less useful for hiking. These pants here would be a great item - if only a 34" and 36" inseam would be in the sizing offer.

TLDR - These pants are excellent for the price point! I can thoroughly recommend them.The last pair of rain pants I owned was about a decade ago, they were Northface Venture pants. I really didn't like them because the waterproof membrane was right up agains your skin if you chose to wear them by themselves and not with pants or a base layer underneath. The membrane eventually wore down completely and was no longer waterproof.It never really rains too frequently here so I never really bothered to invest in another pair. The last few rain seasons we've had have been a bit more aggressive so I knew I had to buy some proper rain pants. I walk daily and wet pants are really annoying.I've worn these pants everyday since they arrived 3 days ago and have put in many hours and about 25mi of walking in various degrees of rain - showers, light rain, and rain (not full on downpour). I love the fact that these have a mesh lining so it's soft against your skin and very comfortable. The temperature has been about 50-60*F so I haven't had the need to wear pants or a base layer underneath. The velcro adjustment at the bottom is a nice touch.The pants do seem to get slightly damp around the pocket area and I've come to the conclusion that it may just be trapped moisture from my own body since my rain jacket ends right near the pockets and dumps water onto the pocketed area of the pants. But for wearing them for several hours straight, it really is the least of my concerns. I may try to apply some DWR to the pocket area to alleviate the water from saturating the fabric so much. My wallet, phone, and keys always remained dry in the pants pockets though, so I have a feeling it may just be moisture buildup.The fit is pretty loose since it's designed to be layered if need be, I think they fit me pretty well. I just looked at the size guidelines and bought appropriately.I'm very, very pleased with their performance. I should've bought a pair years ago!

I bought these for my trip to Patagonia and they did not disappoint. Completely dry in a heavy rain/snow. Lightweight. I bought my size and one larger size and my size fit perfect.

These are well made, no wind, no rain worries, fit well over my pants, great for my commute on the bicycle, no chills during colder, and wet 🇨🇦weather ahead.Great price too.👌Purchased the icreek brand also, and these seem a bit better, minor reason these have a reflective piping on the legs which is definitely a bonus, both are going to be awesome.

Keep trousers dry even when cycling in pouring rain.Fit over pants easily, have zips at the bottom so you can put them on with shoes on too. Zip pockets ✅✅. Elastic and drawstring waist. Should have ordered my normal size rather than one size up as the waist is slightly big even with trousers underneath. Not a big drama as the drawstring works.

Very nice rain pants. Should do the job nicely. I'm glad I ordered the next waist size. They fit great.
