Love this Dino!
This was a gift for my son last Christmas and he absolutely loves it. It works great on carpet or hard floor and I've only had to change batteries once in the last 8 months so pretty great battery life. The tail does come off pretty easily, but you can snap it back on pretty quick. It sounds great, it's super cute, and it's the perfect size for him.

Don’t bother!
I immediately returned this piece of expensive junk. The “included” 3xAA batteries for the dinosaur body were missing, which didn’t matter much since the remote control didn’t work to operate the dino. The inner battery case for the dino appeared to have had some surface damage, like it had been used. The dino did walk and roar briefly when the ‘on body’ button was pressed, however it’s brief run time was unimpressive. The remote control feature was what my grandson wanted especially and since it didn’t work, as mentioned I returned it.

Awesome toy for big kids, and really big kids.
This is a cool animated T-Rex, and the assembly wasn't difficult at all, but the numerous small screws, first to separate the toy from the box, and later the battery compartment in the tail and the remote, are small and difficult to unscrew. Finally, the right mini screwdriver was found that worked. I love the toy, and will add it to my dinosaur collection.

My grandson LOVES it,its so fun for him to play with,he absolutely loves dinosaurs, especially the t-rex.he really loves that he can have it move with him,or where he wants it too go
