FALSE ADVERTISING. DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED.
I ordered these specifically for my child, who doesn't like the standard honey and cherry flavor. This product is advertised as a multi-pack with various flavors, and I received a pack of ONLY cherry! FALSE ADVERTISING! And apparently, I'm not the only one who did, according to the other comments.

They sent the wrong flavor
I am amazed at how well these lozenges work against colds. That is why we try to never be without them. I was Very disappointed because honey lemon wasn't one of the choices. Because the only choices were cherry (which I dislike a LOT--just personal preference) and mixed flavors (which at least had a 4 in 5 chance of being anything other than cherry), I ordered 4 boxes of the mixed flavors. I can't order the "Plus" version because I am allergic to echinacea. When they arrived today, they were ALL CHERRY! At least they weren't the plus version, so we should be able to use them. But I really hate when manufacturers make changes without or knowledge or consent. They also provide no way to contact them by email. I would very much like more information about what is happening, why the substitution, and why can't I get honey lemon any more?

Unreliable Product
This is not FDA approved, was not in a sealed package. I do not feel safe taking this product at all!

Not safety sealed
I’m a nurse and I swear by Coldeeze but this was delivered loose in an unsealed box. I called the manufacturer they said “this is on Amazon the lozenges should be enclosed in a sealed bag.”. I didn’t think that this was safe. So beware.
