The below specifically states what the package contains, but clearly after purchasing and shipped all the way down to the VI, NOT ALL THE CONTENTS ARE INCLUDED!!!!!!. There's only the A/C, remote, and manual.. WHY does it not contain the MOST IMPORTANT PIECES?!?... THE INSTALLATION KIT. I am totally AT LOST after purchasing (2) of this product. and I am very disappointed with the Manufacturers!!!!!! I've purchased since 2021 and still have not installed because I live on an island and it's very hard to get the specific components which should have been included - installation kit!!.Package Contents Mini Split Air Conditioner, Remote Control, Installation Kit, User manual

We ordered two of these mini splits thinking it was a great deal. Packages were delivered in a timely manner, but when we opened them to set up, we realized they have none of the connecting wires or refrigerant lines. We tried to return, but we would have to cover the cost of shipping. Now we have to spend hundreds on those things separately., which we found will be more expensive than just buying a complete kit, and adds time to a project we wanted done quickly. We feel like this was false advertisement- that info should have been front and center in the product description.

Unit broke within 90 days after purchase zero customer support waste of 1000.00 very disappointed in Amazon with their lack of customer support with this issue

No installation kit an no freon in it. It cost way more to fix than purchase the unit in the first place.

On advertising say the product has a heat and ac,so this is not true,only ac,lost my money 😒

i think this is just an air conditioner although it does show "heats to 86 degrees" on the picture.

it does not heat, not as advertised.................
