I bought this product on a whim, after all the viral TikTok videos about Berberine. I did not lose weight using this product however, it does help with bloating and if you have issues going to the restroom, this will definitely regulate you.

First time for me to try Berberine. I don't have any particular health issues but I wanted this for improved metabolism and weight loss. The ingredients list is super simple with nothing artificial. There's 120 capsules for a 60 day supply.As of this review, I have been taking this for about six weeks. And during this time I was able to lose about five to six solid pounds. Also my energy level is consistent and I get less tired or drained at the end of the day. And during this time I did not experience any adverse effects.

I’m new to Berberine and have watched a few videos on it and wanted to try it for my cholesterol and heart health. I know this is a long term product and you need to give it a few months to let it do it’s work, but it’s natural and that’s what I prefer.
