Product looks to be manufactured well. Made in China prominently displayed in box. No instructions but very self-explanatory. Cotter pin and rubber washers somewhat hidden in packaging, so do not overlook them. I have not used it but it looks up to most tasks.

Great product
Fits perfect on the 2024 toyota tundra. Easy to install although cannot use the rubber O-rings comes with it by using the safety pins as the lock is short but still a good product.
