Colgin makes four 'flavors' of liquid smoke--mesquite, hickory, applewood, and pecan. While I've never tried the last two, hickory and mesquite are staples in my pantry. I make a lot of homemade lox (smoked, cured salmon), and prefer the mesquite flavor for that purpose. On the other hand, hickory flavor is a MUST of my baked beans. It's simply an excellent product!

I make kalua pig at home in my slow cooker IP. This is very flavorful and a good value for my money. Bottles were secured so that all of the smoky goodness was fresh for my family to enjoy.

Very Small bottles. But adds great flavor to meats.

I can never find this in the stores where I live and love having it for my Texas style oven briskets.
