See photos. TL/DR, arrived with 2 6-irons, and no 8-iron, had to return the entire set, and get a whole new set. Will update the review based on new set, and again after multiple uses. For now, 3 stars, and I'm sure it will go up! Set arrived well packaged with no damage to anything. The stickers on the box reassured me that I indeed got the Profile Platinum Right Hand Tall Carry, before I ever opened the box. All clubs were wrapped up nicely in plastic and the heads were shrink-wrapped and bubble-wrapped also. The packaging was reassuring that they would not get damaged in shipping. All clubs had a barely noticeable "LONG" sticker on them, again reassuring I received the tall carry clubs. The clubs are 6, 7, 8, 9, PW, SW, Putter, 5-hybrid, 5-wood, Driver. My set came with no 8 iron, and two 6 irons, which Amazon told me to call Wilson; so I did and Wilson told me to call Amazon. I find it wasteful to return an entire set, but neither one would just exchange the 8-iron, so I had to go the full on return and replace method with Amazon. A hassle errand but so be it. Clubs feel great in my hands. I am 6'-2" and they are the perfect length over my standard clubs. See pic of my regular carry Cleveland 9-iron in front of the Wilson tall 9-iron, it's truly 1" taller which "long or tall" clubs should be. The bag is lightweight, with some nice features that are not showcased in the Amazon pics. the bag has a pad where it rests against the body, and the dual-shoulder straps are wide and soft with nice padding. There are not several pockets (which many bags I feel have too many), but just the right amount of small and very large, deep pockets. there is a hard plastic handle at the top of the bag for ease of shouldering and loading into the truck. There is a little holder for golf balls and tees below the mid-bag handle as well. It is an automatic stand bag with a velcro strap to hold them in place for putting on a cart or travel. Overall I'm happy with the whole set. I will update the review to 4 stars once the 8-iron debacle is handled, and again to 5 stars if I feel they meet my expectations after a few trips to the range and course. UPDATE: 8-IRON SWAPPED no issues. Been hitting the clubs at the driving range and they feel pretty good, takes a little getting used to because of the beginner-style loft, but no issues with quality. UPDATE: 11/2022. Played several rounds with these, and many many trips to the range. They are holding up nicely, no loose ferrules, no issues. Would recommend based on my experience. I see some of the other bad reviews and I've had no such issues. If I do start to have issues I will update this review.

TLDR: Outstanding set of clubs for $300, the few cons are superficial. Got this set of clubs as a way to get back into golf after years out. After a few rounds and about 500 balls at the range they preformed much better than expected. No issues with durability or denting on the driver like some people said on here. You would dent any driver with a bad swing so it might aswell be a cheap one while you learn. Only real cons are that the head covers are really cheap and difficult to put on and that the legs on the stands are kinda flimsy. As long as you treat the bag with care they should hold up though. Long story short, these are great starter clubs while you learn/get back into playing.

PGA tour here I come. Hand me the green jacket now. Excellent clubs for taller golfers at a reasonable price.

Review for: Profile Platinum (Grey/Black) First off a slight rant - the 'COLOR' options are not really color choices, but totally different series of clubs. I am not sure why Wilson decided to list various sets as just color options on Amazon. Its unfortunate, as it can be misleading and confusing, and the ratings for all the products are one big mess of mixed reviews. I am reviewing the Profile Platinum (Grey/Black) set. This Amazon-only set from Wilson is an excellent choice. Especially for someone who is getting into golf and the second-hand sets are ready to be retired. Overall these clubs are very forgiving, are light weight (so much so I was worried when I first hefted the shipping box fearing something would be missing, but it was all there!), and a great value. All of the grips feature markings that make it easy to line-up the clubs and hands to the target. The bag is very lightweight and has all the features you would want from a stand bag. The zippers and straps feel l like they'll hold up nicely. One pocket is even lined. No rain cover is provided, that would have been a nice bonus but not a deal breaker. The Driver looks great and it and the fairway wood and hybrid all have their own head covers. I have put these through some use and some serious swings too, even some horrible misses digging up dirt, as well as hitting the ball on parts not directly on the face, and they have held up nicely. Some scuffs and scratches but nothing that would hinder their performance. The irons seem to be very forgiving with large sweet spots. Some light scratching on the face after some use but again nothing serious. The wedges (PW and SW) round out the set nicely. At times it might be nice to have a lower iron than a 6, (say a 5 & 4 would be helpful), but between the 6 and the hybrid, you can easily make do around the course. Wilson is honestly an underrated brand in the world of golf. They have been making golf equipment for a very long time and seem content to be quiet about it. For that reason, they have lost out on some of the prestige of the other big names, but they can keep up with the big boys in nearly all features that matter and often do so for a better price.
