This straps is AWESOME! I was dubious that it would feel / hold right - or that it would stay secure on my adjustable bench - but it works PERFECTLY. My bench (Mirafit M2 Adjustable) is a medium size bench but there is room for me strapped in and several foam matts while I learn how to do these. Google Nordic Curls to see how important an exercise this is - anyone doing ATG / Knees OVer Toe Guy routines should get this. I wondered if I'd need to shell out £500 odd for a proper Rogue or BLK BOX Glute developer but no - this strap works just as well. Very secure and perfect for a cheap alternative for doing Nordics on an expensive glute bench! AAAAA+

Surprised of the high quality of the Nordic hamstring strap. 5 stars.Only gripe was the 8 days delivery instead of the advertised 2 days. But that was down to the 3rd party courier ( Not Amazon).

Does exactly what it’s designed for. Haven’t found it uncomfortable at all. Holds my legs in places really well and comes with a convenient little carry case.u

It is a good qualitative product. No aophisticated technology, but it absolutely dows what it's supposed to. Could be a little cheaper, but as the quality is good I'm fine with it.

good quality nothing else to say. exactly what was needed does the job perfectly replaces a nordic bench when on the road seamlessly
