Q: Does it have a hand strap, so you can put it around ur wrist?

Mine does not have a hand strap and there is no loop to add one. A loop may be on a different version though.

Q: Will an iPhone 12 Pro fit?

Don't know if the iPhone 12 Pro will fit, but if it about the same size as a Samsung S21+, it will fit in one of the pockets that has credit card slots.. It will close if you haven't overfilled it.

Q: I understand that the outside is leather, but what about the inside? The card slots? and dividers?
