Ok, I did a lot of research on anti anxiety supplements. This was highly rated across the internet and reasonably priced. I like it. It works. Ive been pushing it on people. Thats probably a little invasive, but hey its pretty awesome when you find something that actually works for stress instead of "get in a nice hot bath with epsom salt and lavender candles."....Stuff don't work for a man. Ive tried other things like St. Johns Wort, ginko biloba, valerian root, passion flower separately and all at the same time!....Stuff still dont work. And using all of that together gets expensive. When you have anxiety about spending too much money on items that are supposed to relieve that, somethings not quite right.Theres something called tranquilene thats supposed to be number one. This stuff was number two. But tranquilene was over fifty bucks. So I thought why not see if I can waste eighty dollars by getting this thirty dollar stuff just to find out that it doesn't work and then succumb and buy the more expensive stuff kissing said eighty dollars good bye and possibly catching some kind of disease from kissing money? Well Im glad I took that route because of the aforementioned supplement pushing Ive been doing to people.I gave it 4 stars because when it starts wearing off, I can tell. If I can explain what I mean by that, they should make me Webster's right hand man. Anyway, what it makes me feel like when its full on is the equivalent to valium where everything is just grand, except valium has a sedating effect. This has little to no sedation feeling. It still leaves you fully aware and able to intelligibly deal with challenges. You just won't be mad about it. When it starts going away, my body has gotten used to stress hormones being blocked and when theyre not being blocked anymore, its a bit of a shock to my system. For about 20 minutes I feel like the world has crumbled on me. Not crumbled in the sense that Im completely overwhelmed and cant deal with it, its just annoying. Kind of like when Brian on Family Guy was walking around in Loise's clothes saying "Oh I have so much to do, so many places to go." Its like that except real. After that 20 mins of mildly stressing out, Im back to my normal non-supplemented self. All of that happened the first couple of days I was taking it, but it's been about a week and that part hasnt been as bad. So my body is adjusting.Ive found it lasts about 6 hours for me and takes half an hour to start kicking in. I took 2 at once one day and it only made me drowsy on top of the happy. No severe side effects. This stuff is definitely worth a try. Anyone that Ive given one to hasn't had a problem and actually liked them. Cheaper than the alternative and actually works compared to much cheaper supplements. $30 well spent.
