It works as advertised, but the forehead won't absorb any sweat and you'll get sweat in your eyes during any decent sparring session. I used krazy glue to attach a sweat band on the inside. Now it works great.

This is a comfortable and (so far) well contructed head guard. I've been using it for a Krav stand-up striking class and it has worked wonderfully. It covers everything that it needs to while still be reasonably breathable, within the limits of material. I have a fairly large head and it still fits, though much larger of a noggin would probably be pushing its limits.

Comfortable but the velcro ripped a bunch of my hair out and the inside is leather similar to the outside, when sparring it slips over your eyes when you get punched.

Completely protected my "knock out zone", lower jaw area, cheeks, and ears. Light weight to wear even and it's snug to fit so dont be a baby princess when first wearing it.
