This product works, i've only used it on my neck! I use it because i can't shaving and it saves me a lot of time!But one thing i don't understand is that it takes two applications for it to work! The directions are to apply it and leave it on for 4 minutes and wash it off! But it doesn't remove any hair but if you apply it one more time immediately after you wash off the first, then it seems to work great! I've even tried to leave it on for 10 minutes but it doesn't remove any hair! I found that out because of somebody review on this product!I still use it because like i said i can't stand shaving!

My husband has hospice care and we thought we’d try this. It said to leave in for 4 minutes The hospice CNA used a warm wet wash cloth and found it was not coming off. So we waited a bit more. Well done cane off. The next day my respite care lady noticed hair coming off in clumps so obviously it needs to be left on longer. All good
